Place optional Hermes offline installer packages in this directory before publishing a local bundle.

Accepted package examples: `.tar.gz`, `.zip`, `.exe`, `.appimage`.

If this directory contains only this README, RelayBox should direct users to the official Hermes download/install path instead of implying a bundled installer exists.

Do not place API keys, tokens, or user configuration files here.
